01 — The problem

Websites break quietly.

A contact form that silently stops sending is worse than no form at all. You keep paying for ads and SEO while leads disappear.

01

Plugins update and something stops working

02

Forms fail and no one notices

03

Tracking breaks, so reports go blank

04

Security issues sit unpatched

More than installing updates.

Dependable support without the mystery.

06 — Questions

Questions.

Do you host the website?

We manage your hosting through a Virtual Private Server from a reputable 3rd party provider while providing server maintenance and backups 24/7.

What happens if the site goes down?

Monitoring alerts us, usually before you notice. We restore service, find the cause and tell you what happened.

Can you maintain a site you didn't build?

Yes. We start with a review, fix what's broken or exposed, then take over the routine care.

How are updates tested?

We back up the site, test updates before they go live, and roll back right away if something doesn't look right.

Do you make content changes?

Yes. Each plan includes a set amount of support time for small changes. Bigger projects get their own quote.

Can we cancel anytime?

Monthly plans may be canceled with 30 days notice. Annual plans are non-refundable and are usually lowest tier plans. If you leave, we help move the site and hand over everything you own.
